Roosevelt 'packed the court' and some people were unhappy. Trump 'packed the court' and some people are unhappy. Seems to me that creating 'term limits' for the Supreme Court will not solve much except allow the Supreme Court to be more sensitive to whatever politics runs the White House in the years that terms are up....... it will become more political than it has been.
